This is a high grade, cold processed organic oil. It has been used for centuries in the Indian kitchens in the preparation of pickles of all sorts. It is said to have the unique properties to preserve and give taste to the pickled vegetables and fruits. In Ayurveda, castor oil has been used internation through food intakes to regulate and move the Vata downwards. As it is a very strong remedy, it should NOT be used by pregnant women.
Castor oil is super for nourishing dry skin & removing stagnations from the body and may be used externally.
